Where We Come From
Raccoon Developments was founded by tradespeople who got tired of watching projects fail because of poor communication, unreliable crews, and contractors who disappeared after the deposit. We built this company to be the opposite of that.
We started in Northern Ontario — Sault Ste. Marie, Sudbury, the surrounding regions — and grew by doing good work and letting our clients do the talking. Today we operate across the province, from Windsor to Kingston, from the GTA to the north.
Every project we take on gets a single point of contact, a clear scope, and a team that shows up. That's not a pitch — it's just how we work.
